We offer private and group music lessons at Christ Lutheran Church, 113 Union St., Natick, MA 01760. Scholarship application. When you apply for a scholarship, we collect the student and household information requested on the application, including contact details, the student’s date of birth, parent or guardian employment information, and household income. We use this information solely to evaluate scholarship eligibility. It is treated as confidential, is shared only with the school staff who review applications, and is never sold or used for marketing.
Registration. Enrollment is handled through our printable registration form, which you can download from this website and return to us directly. Information on returned forms is used solely to enroll and serve the student.
Forms submitted through this website are delivered to us by a form-processing provider acting on our behalf, which transmits your submission to the school’s email.
CHILDREN’S INFORMATION
We teach students from preschool through high school, so the information families send us often concerns children. Our forms are intended to be completed by a parent or legal guardian, and we do not knowingly collect information directly from children online. Student information is used only to provide music instruction and related school activities.
GOOGLE REVIEWS
Our website displays recent reviews of Allegro Music School from our Google Business Profile. To show them, your browser requests the reviews from Google, which means Google receives your IP address as it would if you visited Google directly.
